Christmas is just around the corner and we’re looking for enthusiastic temporary team members to join our Clarks stores!

This is your opportunity to put your excellent teamwork skills to good use. Join our lively, friendly store colleagues and help us all pull together to achieve one aim - making sure every customer goes home happy with the perfect pair of shoes and having received great service.

What does it take to be a great team member?

Motivation, confidence and initiative for a start. But the key is to go the extra step in all that you do. You’ll feel at ease starting conversations with our customers, from complimenting them when a pair of shoes really suits them, to bringing out alternatives if they’re not sure. If you already have experience of customer service and meeting sales targets, that would be fantastic. If not, don’t worry – just bring a big smile and plenty of get-up-and-go.
