To lead business stakeholders through a detailed analysis of their business processes across finance, based on the identified projects by the Head of Finance Process Improvement. Facilitate and document process for both as-is and to-be states across key finance process areas, for example;

Fiscal year change
Other projects as defined by Head of Finance Process Improvement.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Propose CI opportunities along with proposed standardisations for global process and technology solutions.
Document, maintain and manage RAID items as found. Identify and document waste and non-added value steps across process from both a people and technology perspective. Outputs are delivered using Clarks BA templates and standards, suggesting improvements to these documents that may benefit the BA practice.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements. Work with business teams to assess the fit of new processes and technology. Lead the production of requirements and process documents for the identified workstreams.
Successfully engage in multiple workstreams simultaneously. Work independently with users to define concepts. Drive and challenge business units on your assumptions of how you will successfully execute your plans.
Expert knowledge of business processes across Procurement & Finance.
Previous experience of at least one procure to pay or year end change solution implementation preferred.
Deep understanding of the design of robust application solutions to support business requirements.
Understanding of finance processes and accounting entries, preferably supported by a relevant technical qualification.
Understanding of continuous improvement cycles, preferably Lean Six Sigma.
Good understanding of enterprise architecture and the integration points between application/technology areas.
Deep understanding of business process design and structured analysis techniques.
Deep understanding of the design, build, testing and implementation of application solutions.
Strong skills in the use of IT methodology, tools and techniques.
Ability to interpret and update application architectures.
Experience of finance modules in SAP ECC
Good project management skills.
