The role

Hybrid working mix of home and office.

Working closely with managers in our Product and Sourcing teams, you’ll bring financial analysis and expertise to the decision-making process that defines pricing, cost and margin targets. Helping shape strategy with two crucial business functions, you’ll help optimise our commercial performance and profitability.

So, what does that look like day-to-day? It means supporting the review of profit margin inventories. Analysing the finer details of cost and performance reviews. Monitoring the performance of investments and ensuring returns align with business objectives and growth plans. You’ll be a key source of financial advice for managers and senior leaders across the organisation.

As you develop commercial strategy here, you’ll also help us get better at what we do by suggesting improvements to the processes and procedures you encounter. It’ll make you a driving force delivering major progress—both for the departments you work with and, once we see the results, in your career.

A bit about you

You’ll be a professionally qualified accountant with plenty of relevant experience in similar operational roles. Having worked with medium or large international organisations, you’ll have delivered strategic planning, budget and forecasting processes within Product functions at global retail and consumer goods businesses. When it comes to analysis, you’ll know how to deliver the most relevant and revealing insights.
