You’ll play an important role in the design, development and implementation of SAP Order To Cash (OTC) solutions that support our Retail, Wholesale and Ecommerce business channels. Collaborating with stakeholders in business units across our organisation, you’ll define business requirements and work together to identify opportunities that your projects will deliver.
Sitting within the IT function, you’ll be a source of SAP SD expertise supporting the full lifecycle of the processes you help design. You’ll also support enhancements and customisations as well as configuration of pricing, condition technique, copy control and Available-to-promise (ATP) while handling any coding and debugging issues that arise.
Leveraging an analytical approach to solution design, you’ll help shape the smarter culture that’s driving business change at Clarks. Impacting processes globally, you’ll see just how much you could achieve here and it won’t be long before you’re looking at more senior roles.
A bit about you
You’ll have experience delivering business critical systems for organisations similar to Clarks and a good working understanding of SAP SD. Having seen out at least one full product life cycle, you’ll know what goes into each stage from design through to implementation and support. You’ll have worked with SAP IS-Retail modules and understand their interactions with SD as well as cross-system/platform integration with idocs. And if you’ve got ABAP experience, all the better.
Playing a role in our transformation into a smarter business will demand keen analytical skills and a positive approach to problem solving. You’ll take this as an opportunity to challenge the status quo with the work you do—not just at Clarks but in the industry as a whole. You’ll do it in a respectful and cooperative way, though, that will demonstrate just how great a collaborator and communicator you are. That’s why you’ll fit in just fine here—and be able to develop a great career.
Clarks, based in Somerset, England, has been at the forefront of innovative shoemaking since its foundation in 1825, when brothers James and Cyrus Clark made a slipper from sheepskin off-cuts. At the time it was ground-breaking; a combination of invention and craftsmanship that’s remained at the heart of what the brand does now.
In the Clarks archive of more than 22,000 pairs are shoes that have sparked revolutions and defined generations. From the original Clarks Desert Boot, first designed by Nathan Clark and launched in 1950 to the iconic Wallabee, each design has an instantly recognisable signature – a unique combination of craftsmanship and innovation that make it unmistakably Clarks.
Underpinned by a rich heritage and strong values, Clarks is a leading global footwear brand serving millions of consumers across the world, operating retail, wholesale, franchise and online channels in over 100 markets worldwide supported by nearly 6,000 employees across the world.
In February 2021, Clarks entered a new chapter in its history as it formed a partnership with LionRock Capital, positioning the iconic footwear brand for future success as it enters its third century.
