Retail is a huge part of who we are as a company—and so helping to manage our £20 million worth of monthly rent payments is an important job.
Our stores operate under different lease agreements and you’ll be working as part of a team co-ordinating and delivering weekly, monthly & yearly turnover certificates & rent reports, processing invoices and ensuring payments are made on time as well as resolving queries as they arise.
As an important member of the team you’ll also be supporting the creation of PO’s and new suppliers as well as general administrative support across the department.
A bit about you
Maybe you’ll have worked in a similar role previously and be familiar with CVA and non-CVA turnover rent agreements already, either way, a general understanding of rent payables, property lease payments and VAT as well as SAP knowledge and Microsoft Office skills will get you started with the kind of tasks you’ll be doing here—your inquisitive nature and quick learning will take over from there.
You’ll need to be able to switch focus and prioritise your own work so that you can meet deadlines.
