Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 

Experience of branch/store merchandising  

 

Management experience in a retail environment 

 

Good understanding of merchandising processes 

 

Good commercial and financial acumen  

 

Good communication skills, ability to influence, challenge, work collaboratively and engage teams at all levels 

 

Stakeholder Management  

 

Effective planning and organising 

 

Ability to work independently and make commercial decisions  

 

Experienced with Microsoft office with good Excel skills and ability to use SAP, BW
