Working as the Web Analyst within our extremely fast paced Ecommerce function, you’ll be the subject matter expert for all thing’s performance data, providing regular insight and supporting the trading teams with reviewing sales performance and understanding areas of commercial opportunity. You will play an active role in working with senior management, finance, and our merchandising teams to construct commercial sales forecasts and financial plans. As part of our growth ambition you will also lead the conversion rate optimisation strategy and delivery plan through rapid test and learn – optimising all stages of the purchase funnel and digital experience across UK ROI websites.
Inquisitive, relentless, and with a keen eye on the detail, you’ll have good commercial awareness and will enjoy making the most of your flair for data management and presentation. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and various BI tools mean you’re comfortable with any dataset, with a proven track record for taking complex data and unlocking the insight.
You’ll be happy to challenge thinking, and find creative solutions for making things better, whether through automation, simplification, or just by thinking differently. Above all, you’ll be keen to continue to learn and grow.
