It's a big job, but an incredible exciting, varied and challenging one. You’ll support the Merchandiser in analysing commercial data including sales and margin, identifying trends, making sure the right shoes appear in the right places at the right times. Working closely with the Outlet Buying and Merchandising team, you’ll have the opportunity to build a variety of relationships across the region and the wider business.
We'll give you that all-important introduction to merchandising, plus a solid grounding in our business. From there, you'll have every chance to develop your skills and your career, helping you to work through the ranks from Assistant Merchandiser to Merchandiser.
So, what do you need to bring? You’ll have good GCSE’s. You’ll need to be adaptable, approachable, not to mention quick to pick things up and understand how we work. With a keen eye for detail, it’s important that you have a head for figures so you are able to identify numeric trends and are comfortable using MS Excel. You’ll also demonstrate good analytical skills, a flair for commercial acumen and an unwavering customer focus.
