Job Advert :


- Execute performance marketing activities working directly with platforms suppliers over performance marketing activities, inclusive but not limited to consumer acquisition, seasonal campaigns, electronic direct mailers, online advertisement, etc

- Propose and operationalize paid search & SEO program development and identify areas of improvement and growth based on objectives

- Accountable for all aspects of search advertising and SEO including competitor analysis and keyword search

- Create campaigns for SEM on a frequent basis and capitalize on opportunities to maximize search effectiveness

- Execute digital marketing campaigns across web, app, search, display and social advertising to drive conversions on varied digital channels

- Accountable for providing weekly & monthly performance metrics of perf. marketing tactics effective-ness as well as developing action plans to optimize performance

- Know market trends, best practices, and Clarks insight to stay ahead of the curve and build the case for new initiatives

- Analyse all spends vs return of investments for all digital channels

- Manage end-to-end process of campaign creation, including the setting up of ad sets, audience targeting, ad copy, creative review and bid adjustments

-Evaluating performance on day to day/campaign basis for all Marketplace A/A+/Mega events

- Identify new platforms (eg. app/ social media) for extended reach

- Report weekly metrics reporting across digital channels

- Review online campaign performances and optimise spent and performance

- Drive brand awareness and raise brand digitally

- Responsible in the inprocurement and purchase order process of performance marketing related services

- Undertake assigned assignment or projects compatible with prior experience for professional development as required



- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or equivalent

- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a digital performance marketing driven environment familiar with brand and marketing performance indicators

- Experience and knowledge on in-house retail environment is preferred

- Technical knowledge in digital advertisement, search engine optimisation and marketing and with a hands-on operational approach towards tasks

- Equip with an entrepreneur mind and is self-driven

- Data privacy framework

- Thorough understanding of the digital landscape, with business acumen, financial awareness and consumers understanding

- Basic understanding on indirect procurement processes and purchase order workflow

-Experienced in managing Sponsored Solutions and CPAS on Lazada/Shopee platforms
