You will be the first face anyone sees at Clark’s London Showroom – managing set up, the seamless flow of appointments with key buyers and buying groups & coordination of the space for various stakeholders, predominantly for sales launches, key account appointments and UK selling, as well as all events including board and shareholder meetings.
Variety’s the order of the day within our Wholesale Sales department. Alongside making the London showroom a brand experience to be proud of you’ll manage all aspects of the end to end process for some of our biggest strategic 3rd party wholesale customers and aim to do it brilliantly. With a keen eye for detail and good problem solving skills. You will support in the smooth running of the Wholesale Department and Sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include supporting sales & sales appointments, liaising with customers and key support for the wholesale team – the role will also include merchandising, operations, marketing and administration functions in the business.
Assisting with the order process you will also support the Key Account Managers ensuring deadlines are met and general admin is completed on time and in full.

A bit about you
You’re quick to pick things up and think outside the box to find solutions and run with ideas and projects. Your passionate about product, retail and today’s UK market.
You’re always two steps ahead and are happy to adapt to situations changing at the last minute, whilst remaining calm and focused under pressure. You have the flexibility to adapt and respond in an ever-changing environment. You are confident in a front facing role but equally are happy to get dug into organising sample boxes. You have the emotional maturity to handle highly confidential information in a sensitive manner, and you’re able to build effective relationships at all levels within the business. Previous experience of providing administration support at a Senior Level is essential for this role as is the ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload.

Have experience of working in fast moving wholesale showrooms & environments, with a flexible approach to managing the demands and priorities at a senior level within an organisation & with key wholesale partners.
Have exceptional planning, organisation and communication skills will enable you to be proactive in managing diaries to ensure optimum use of time.
Your professional and organised manner is supported by exceptional tact, diplomacy and confidentiality. You will be able to produce high-quality work at a fast pace, maintaining the utmost attention to detail, and will be strong & confident with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Your ability to form strong working relationships is a must, as you will be working across many functions to deliver the common business objectives.
