In short, you’ll use all that great knowledge and experience of yours to deliver HR policy and procedural advice that is second to none.
A bit about you
Of course, we’re looking for a seasoned Human Resources expert with extensive Corporate exposure. Someone who knows how to work Stakeholders to develop partnerships is essential for this role. A specialist in Employee Relations, Reward, OD and People Change, you’ll be far more than just CIPD qualified. This is a role for someone with boundless energy and a great attitude who loves to interact with other HR teams, have credible impact and influence in all the right ways. Collaborative, commercially astute and with a strong sense of purpose, you’ll be ready for whatever the role throws at you.
