As Ecommerce Partnership & Marketplace Manager, you’ll drive the standards that will push forward the frontiers of ecommerce at Clarks. Both in terms of optimisation and the new markets you’ll take us into as a key part of our ecommerce strategy for 2021. It’s about driving us forward with everything you do – in the way you work with our third-parties and ecommerce teams, as well as your proactive approach to finding new markets and trading partner opportunities.
How do we optimise conversions? How do we deliver unique customer experiences? How do we get the best from our SLAs with third parties? You’ll solve those problems with the strategies you develop and implement. It comes down to being constantly engaged – with sales reporting data, with our partners, with the markets in which we operate and, most importantly, those in which we will operate as you drive ecommerce forward.
You’ll be the leading presence within ecommerce at Clarks, owning the delivery of sales and profits from our owned EU channel - clarks.eu (via our regional digital partner) as well as playing a leading role in setting and delivering the strategy for marketplace growth and expansion in UK & EMEA. Someone with ideas on how to move things forward and who can’t wait to present them to stakeholders to secure their buy-in. It’ll be on you to anticipate the moves that will put Clarks in the best, most commercial position as we move forward. Those commercial instincts are what attracted you to ecommerce in the first place – with Clarks, you’ll really see them pay off.

We’ve got big plans from ecommerce at Clarks in 2021 – and so will you. By joining Clarks as Ecommerce Partnership Manager, you’ll be making a step up from a previous role managing ecommerce trade. Because a role like this demands experience. You’ll know everything that goes into great ecommerce but, crucially, you’ll know how to act quickly with an commerce strategy that will see us take big steps forward into new ecommerce markets. Having managed direct ecommerce sites before, you know that achieving our business objectives is about creating opportunities to be bigger and better, just as much as it’s about staying in touch with customer needs.
