Offering the highest level of administrative support you will build good working relations with external Solicitors/ Landlords/ Agents.
No day will be the same in this varied role, you will be maintaining all property title deeds both electronic and paper ensuring all internal systems are keep up to date and accurate. You will be responsible for the processing of service charge payments ready for authorisation and management of service charge records. Querying discrepancies and requesting supporting documentation to justify the reconciliation, your attention to detail will be a crucial element in this role.
You will be liaising externally with Maintenance Department, retailers, landlords and tenants regarding repairing issues and seeing these through to resolution. You will be a professional and knowledgeable point of contact and first line of response to assist with queries.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need strong attention to detail and be a great team player. You will have a basic legal understanding of property tenure and documentation with some general knowledge of property management procedures. Proven ability in Mentor, SAP, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook is essential in this role.
