What’s important here is that as our Head of Sales, you’ll be out there working with our Agency partner networking with existing and potential customers, growing wholesale beyond its already excellent performance level and ushering in change with all the resilience of a seasoned commercial influencer. You’ll manage complex projects, and will move out distribution into premium tiers and ensure partners have an excellent understanding of the brand strategy. This is a role where maintaining and developing outstanding contacts is as important as the strategic, by-market, by-brand planning that underpins it.
A bit about you
It goes without saying that, for a historic brand with our global stature, you will need a level of credibility that’s beyond compare. If you aren’t working in footwear right now (which you probably will be), you’ll nevertheless have understanding of French and English and the relevant markets and the competition you’ll be facing. And you will have managed pipelining to deliver business growth at an international level for some time now. A stakeholder manager with proven ability to handle complex business accounts and relationships, you’ll also have experience using data and analytics to drive service and – thus – profitability. What’s more, you’ll have a strong background in influencing, motivating and managing large, cross-functional, virtual teams from a distance.
