As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be accountable for not only leading and managing our agencies but also ensuring delivery of business requirements, on time and to brief. You will plan and optimise PPC and Programmatic Display campaigns to deliver agreed KPIs in tandem with our agency to support.
You will be the in-house expert for these biddable channels and will have autonomy and support to deliver upon the agreed strategy to achieve our traffic, order and revenue goals. You will manage the relationship between Clarks and our performance marketing agency to ensure that both PPC and Programmatic Display opportunities and performance are maximised, both in terms of meeting immediate trading priorities and ensuring a strategic, longer-term view across the year, with a close eye on budget management and optimisation.
As an experienced performance marketing specialist you will have extensive knowledge of planning and activating digital marketing campaigns, with demonstrable experience of PPC and Programmatic Display, in terms of account set up, audience strategy, relevant KPI’s and evaluation methods. Combining your knowledge of audience development and optimisation with proven exposure of driving growth across digital channels – measuring and maximising ROI, you will be a natural in analysing data.
You will have previously managed these channels in a commercial digital marketing team or agency, you will be confident in using bidding/ad serving tools such as SA360/DV360 & data/analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
Commercially astute you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience of CRM, analytics, website tracking is essential, with a working knowledge of data driven attribution modelling hugely desirable.
