Developing and delivering plans that attract new and lapsed consumers through emotional connection and desire, you’ll build engaging narratives, journeys and sales driven by ‘want’ as well as ‘need’. It’s about developing and executing a UK&ROI Marketing strategy that drives brand desire and business growth.
You’ll develop the global consumer experience, consumer segmentation and integrated marketing communications. Not to mention working collaboratively with regional teams in the delivery of the seasonal assets and delivering guidelines that will ultimately enable them to better market our products. It will also be your focus to deliver plans and powerful go-to-market materials, leveraging data to analyse and influence the product innovation agenda along the way. Everything you do will contribute in building the future success of the Clarks brand on a global scale.
A bit about you
This is a role for a demonstrably credible Marketing expert who must be from the branded multi-channel retail sector – someone who understands the seasonal flow of fashion and is able to interpret the global story especially for the UK and ROI market. Data driven to the Nth degree, your insights will have served you brilliantly in the past in terms of delivering powerful, timely and profitable marketing messages for apparel brands. What’s more you’ll be as commercially astute as you are creative, with the keenest eye on the numbers your work generates. So, you’ll have been handed responsibility for at least £8m in Media, Social PR, Retail and Wholesale budgets with confidence.
Expertise in all aspects of the marketing mix is essential and you’ll have maximising every pound to deliver the business and the brand agenda, developing strategic marketing plans and seasonal execution plans. You will, also, of course, have the strongest communication skills, allowing you to deliver consumer insights to the very highest levels.
