About the role

That’s why our Product Line Managers are at the forefront of defining the product strategy for each of our brands. It’s their job to not only understand the global market place and evolving competition, but also the consumer better than anyone. They take this insight and use it to plan our global shoe ranges to ensure that our offer is the most compelling and competitive expression of our brand it can be.
This is a key role – you’re the in-house consumer expert in the product creation process, delivering this insight into product briefs which define the role a product must play for it to succeed. You’ll lead and manage the product line planning process; building a seasonal product line in accordance with the brand strategy that will achieve all target consumer needs and commercial deliverables.
Joining our dedicated team of product people, you’ll collaborate with functions across the business to plan and develop seasonal ranges of Kids footwear – ranges that meet our target customers’ needs and stand out from competitors. Involved from the start of the process, you’ll work closely with design, merchandising and other teams to bring ideas and products to life.
Well, you’re likely to come to us from a similar role. With impressive product line management experience, you’ve briefed and worked with design teams, planned successful product segments and managed great products from start to finish. We’re focused on creating carefully crafted contemporary designs and styles rather than catwalk imitations. So, ideally, you’ll have worked for a brand with similar values. Commercially aware and intuitive, you keep up-to-the-minute with new trends and you can spot a best-selling product from a mile away. Naturally passionate about shoes with a good understanding of footwear construction, you know the market inside out and you’re committed to delivering products that get consumers excited.
