About the role
You will lead a field based VM team to support all channels in UK & ROI Market to effectively communicate Clarks brand proposition to the consumer. You will oversee the implementation of all visual merchandising, display principles and develop in-store colleague VM capabilities. This position will require you to have a close working relationship with the Heads of Retail, Wholesale and Retail Area Managers.
This role will allow you to develop and implement seasonal guideline materials and tools to ensure consistent implementation that maximises trading opportunities across the market. You will be visible in our Stores across the UK to ensure that high standards and correct layouts are maintained across the business, giving feedback and support to the teams to continuously improve. Engaging with Stakeholders in the market and monitoring our competition to provide feedback and insights allowing us to make better commercial decisions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a comprehensive retail background and a good understanding of commercial practice. You will demonstrate a significant amount of experience in managing Visual Merchandising across different channels in the UK & ROI Market. You will couple your strong passion and working knowledge of best practice of Visual Merchandising, Retail & Wholesale Marketing. Your knowledge of the market, consumers, competitors and stellar track record of balancing brand and business to drive commercial results will make you the ideal candidate for this role. You are self-motivated, proactive, agile and have strong communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels of the organisations.
