You will responsible for managing the delivery of overhead expense processes in the Shared Service Centre for our Global business in line with current service level agreements. You will be working with our commercial finance teams across the business and also supporting the external audit process. You will have outstanding leadership skills as you will be setting the scene and maintaining high standards for your business area.
You will be a professionally qualified Accountant either ACA (Chartered), ACA (certified) or ACMA (Management) with strong experience within a senior accounting role. Previous experience of working within a commercial organisation is paramount with your focus being on accurate accounting and maintaining high level of financial controls. You will have experience of working with external auditors and ability to apply technical knowledge to “every-day” issues.
This is an opportunity for you to have significant input into statutory processes, controls environment and continuous improvement as we will be asking you to challenge current processes and ways of working and making recommendations for change and driving efficiencies. You will be managing a team of 6 so a proven track record in man management and team leadership is essential and we want you to thrive on driving individual and team performance.
