It’s an exciting time to join our Materials team. We’re currently exploring new materials, technologies and innovation, evolving our business and embracing change, to ensure that we’re equipped to develop and grow.
Shoes in every shape, style and size imaginable. Shoes that are created in-house and push the boundaries of shoe design. Working closely with a designated UK based Product team – Product Line Managers, Design and Product Development – you’ll manage a range of materials – leather, textiles, synthetics - through the development cycle that are fit for purpose and follow the strategic aims of the business.
Influential and communicating well across the board, you’ll deal with external suppliers from all over the world. You’ll create and manage seasonal material information for Product Teams, detailing everything from suppliers and articles, to guide price and colour. While ordering and tracking material samples for the range building process, you’ll be on hand to provide advice and guidance across the organisation
A high energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you’re superbly organised and methodical, with attention to detail that is second to none.. You’ll be used to working at pace and enjoy multi-tasking, being able to demonstrate experience working in a Materials environment would be preferable Like everyone here at Clarks, you're dedicated and driven, committed to being the best you can be. You'll need to be adaptable, not to mention quick to pick things up and understand how we work.
