As the Digital Retargeting & Loyalty channel manager you will play a pivotal role in our CRM strategy, development and deployment. Managing both the programmatic channel and loyalty program on a day to day basis.
You’ll be working alongside other digital channel managers, trading teams and UX development to deliver a joined-up approach to communications, focusing on engaging our customers with our products and driving sales leading to improved lifetime value.
A week in the life of
You will work to engage with new and existing customers, engaging them with the Clarks brand and ensuring we keep a loyal ecommerce database. While you’ll be working to brand guidelines, we’d like you to push boundaries and bring your ideas to life. You’ll lead innovative and creative display and program concepts that inspire, focus on the customer and follow customer experience best practice, Working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders.

An authority in programmatic and customer loyalty, you will be a manager full of passion to give customers a great experience and drive the business to new challenges and achievements. Having led customer programs and campaigns previously and delivered budget targets using innovative experiences and loyalty segmentation.
