You'll strive to ensure that every customer who steps through the door has a great experience. You'll want them to leave knowing that they’ve bought the perfect product and will be coming back again and again.
You’ll lead, motivate and develop your store team, managing their performance and enabling them to be the best they can be. As a proud ambassador for Clarks, you will champion the brand both in and out of the store whilst inspiring those around you to do the same.
Using your knowledge and experience of driving sales, you’ll do all you can to increase profits and exceed targets. You’ll also demonstrate your strong commitment to the highest retail standards.
A bit about you
You’ll already have impressive retail management experience behind you. You might not be a fashion retailer, but it’s fair to say that you know how retail works and ultimately how to drive sales.
As an inspiring people manager, you'll love leading and developing a team. As an advocate and promoter of customer service, your friendly and engaging store will ensure that the consumer comes first - each and every time.
