About the role
Join our Reward team where you will provide specialist services to our business across the whole of Europe. In this role you’ll be conducting up-to-the-minute research, analysis and pay benchmarking; supporting our annual pay review process; managing the completion of our European-wide Remuneration surveys; and participating in (and sometimes leading) a variety of reward and benefits-related projects.
A bit about you
You will already have experience working as an Analyst, supporting on multiple key projects and have developed the interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. You will also have strong Excel skills enabling you to analyse large quantities of data and make recommendations based on your conclusions. An awareness of reward trends in the UK and/or international markets as well as some familiarity with SAP HR would be an advantage.
Life with us
Every 60 seconds, 105 pairs of Clarks shoes are sold globally. That makes us a £1.6 billion business and a truly worldwide brand. We now have some 15,000 employees across 75 different countries – everywhere from Europe to the Americas. Despite being the world’s biggest everyday footwear brand (by sale volume), we’re still majority owned by the Clarks family and based in Street, Somerset – where the Clarks business began. Street is the nerve centre of our business, driving growth and the whole Clarks success story.
As well as an opportunity to develop your career and a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) pro rata. We believe it’s important that you have all the support you need, so you’ll also benefit from sick pay, pension, discounted healthcare and life assurance. Of course, as everyone loves new shoes, you’ll also get a substantial discount on our products along with other great adhoc offers.
We love hearing from great people
