This is a great opportunity to lead the Retention strategy across all channels. You will be supporting digital sales, growing volumes of the Clarks consumer database and driving consumer lifetime value improvement.
As the Retention and Loyalty Marketing Manager it will down to you to drive strategic retention activities development and commercial growth to deliver sales for the European ecommerce channel. You will have a passion for leading teams and getting results as you will be responsible for managing teams covering our email / display channels and data insights.
You will be Managing strategic delivery of customer retention to deliver commercial sales target and you will be presenting customer segmentation analysis, profiling and reporting to inform divisional segmentation and future personalisation plans.
Ideally you will already have an extensive knowledge of customer retention and loyalty strategies, proven evidence of driving performance and growth across digital channels.
Previous experience of managing large budgets and delivering multi-million-pound sales targets and managing large team will be a benefit and preferably. You would have developed and delivered an integrated retention strategy preferably in a retail sector.
Experience with CRM Database systems and a good knowledge on digital channels is required.
As part of this role you would be managing partners and service providers including agencies, you will be able to build strong relation and be an excellent communicator.
