Working across Europe and focusing on Store Recruitment, you’ll provide Clarks with a brilliant recruitment service. This is the type of role where there’s plenty to get stuck into: you’ll help to shape the strategy for the retail estate, build extensive online networks, oversee the vacancies and support the Heads of Retail across Outlet and Full Price in all aspects of recruitment. Managing all retail recruitment campaigns, as well as designing and delivering assessment centres, selection tools and best practice training to our retail estate, you will bring your expertise to deliver a first class service proposition for our stores. But rest assured that you’ll have two Resourcing Co-ordinators on hand to help you. Together, you’ll help us improve the way we recruit store staff and deliver exciting projects, for example, rolling out a new ATS and taking the candidate experience forward.
A bit about you
A skilled recruitment professional, you will have extensive in house retail recruitment experience, although you may have recruited across other business areas too. You will have excellent experience in developing recruitment and assessment techniques that cover volume recruitment and Assessment Centres. Online recruitment, employment law, competency-based interviewing, selection, and event design – you’re well versed in all these, as well as brand propositions and values. Your expertise comes with a formidable set of skills and competencies. You can manage projects, support stakeholders and organise complex plans. You’re a pro at managing business stakeholders and influencing the wider business and you pride yourself on your strong working relationships as well as your negotiation skills.
