As a Resourcing Co-ordinator you will be responsible for providing an effective recruitment service to functions and regions within the UK Geography.
Working closely with line managers you will define the specific requirements of each role, from the day to day activities to the person specification. You will then advertise the role through a variety of methods (online, publications, social media etc) as well as proactively scout the best talent in the market. From here you will advise the line manager on the best assessment approach and will support with arrangements as required.
From the initial role brief through to onboarding, you will manage the candidates through the journey ensuring a seamless, professional experience, whilst promoting the values of our brand.
In addition, you will build some great relationships with approved Advertising and Recruitment agencies, to ensure the widest pool of talented candidates is open to us.
A bit about you
You are a people person through and through. With a genuine passion for delivering great service and your ability to communicate with confidence and clarity, you thrive supporting customers (internal and external) and delivering a great result.
You will have Recruitment experience through an in-house Recruitment or Agency role, are organised and tenacious, and ideally have established relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the business. Experience facilitating and running assessment centres is an advantage.
