In line with progress & digital aspirations, Clarks SAP footprint has and will continue to evolve, encompassing an expanding set of SAP technologies such as Hana, Car, and Hybris. This supports our omni-channel retail and wholesale trading models, which continue to expand at pace.
We are now seeking a candidate with strong SAP SD experience to join our global team. The candidate will solution and implement SAP Order to Cash processing within an omnichannel retail and/or wholesale environment. The team is responsible for developing and supporting application functionality to facilitate ongoing business initiatives. He/she will work with business and IT teams to ensure business information requirements and system development goals are achieved. Candidate will be a member of an experienced team and work in a high performing team environment.
They need to be proficient in all areas of SD configuration (Order Management, Pricing, Delivery Scheduling, Shipping, and Billing). A working knowledge of FI and MM is also beneficial.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are critical, as this position will work closely with end users, team members, technical leads and management to define business requirements.
The candidate must have a proven track record in their area of expertise and a minimum of 5+ years of experience as an analyst. Please see the Qualifications section for detailed requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and end users to analyze requirements for new and existing business processes.
Consult with business analysts, end users, management, technical leads and team members to design and implement solutions to support business requirements.
Acquire and maintain knowledge of business processes in order to effectively support them.
Work independently to configure and test functionality that meets documented design.
Work with management, product owners, technical leads and team members to estimate time requirements for project assignments.
Provide support to existing Production systems.
Work with software developers to identify and resolve bugs.
Organize tasks and personal time to complete multiple, diverse assignments within the scheduled timeframe.
Maintain proficiency in technology and tools to enhance productivity and quality of systems development.
Extensive experience in SAP ECC SD modules
At least 5+ years of SAP configuration experience is required in SAP’s SD module, including:
Knowledge of module interfaces to FI and MM
Strong ABAP Skills for developing and debugging as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-starter and motivated
Structured work habits and efficient time-management
Strong planning, organizational skills including ability to work on multiple, concurrent projects
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Management Information Systems or a related area
Strong knowledge of business operations in large scale international organizations is a plus
Strong integration experience with e-Commerce applications is a plus.
