A qualified Accountant (or you soon will be), you’ll be a key business partner in supporting teams working across our European territories. Financial planning and analysis, cost and investment appraisals will be a key part of your role supporting one of our global business units. You’ll provide financial forecasts for your area of the business - that means creating and managing the planning models required: to support strategic, budget and quarterly planning. By keeping close track of results, forecasts, projects and market trends, you’ll also provide key insights and challenges to our business leaders – just what we need to make decisions and future plans. There will be some European travel involved in this role
You may be a qualified Accountant already – or you may still be studying for your ACCA/CIMA qualifications. Either way, you’ll have sound experience in Financial planning & analysis, Costing or Margin Management. You’ll also be used to working in an international organisation with different cultures and structures. Thanks to this background – and your fantastic communications skills – you can deal with various teams, whether here in the UK, or around Europe. To provide the assistance they need, you must be ready to deliver detailed commercial forecasts and strong business cases. However, what will really help you excel is natural motivation. Flexible about travel, with good IT skills (Access, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP), you’ll be as excited as we are about growing the business.
