You’ll be a huge help to the Commercial Finance, Trading and Merchandise teams working within our UK and Europe region. Sales reporting and trading analysis – you’ll help them deal with all these challenges and more. You’ll also provide forecasts for each of the Gender Merchandise teams. That means creating and managing the planning models required: Seasonal, Budget and Quarterly. By keeping close track of results, forecasts, projects and channels, you’ll provide an overall regional perspective – just what we need to make decisions and future plans.
A bit about you
You may be a qualified Accountant already – or you may still be studying. Either way, you’ll have sound experience in Retailing, Merchandising or Margin Management. You’ll also be used to working in an international organisation with different cultures and structures. Thanks to this background – and your great communication skills – you can deal with various teams. To provide the assistance they need, you must be ready to deliver detailed commercial forecasts and strong business cases. However, what will really help you excel is natural motivation and strong analytical IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint and SAP). You should be full of get-up-and-go, and able to make things happen. With this approach, you’ll be equipped to add value and be a key member of the commercial finance team.
