As Brand Manager, you’ll report into the Group Head of Kids Marketing. Your main task will be to help create a powerful channel strategy for the Clarks brand; defining assets that will ensure a dynamic presentation of our brand. You will align with the needs of our regional/local market needs, and provide guidance to ensure executional excellence. From briefing the creative teams to ensuring a consistent presentation globally, you’ll work with your colleagues in product design and external agencies to create exceptional marketing materials. Everything you do will make sure we’re bringing our brand strategy to life, telling great stories and showcasing our fantastic products. This is a marketing role where you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the brand and not just maintain the status quo.
More than anything you’re a creatively driven and commercially switched on marketer with a proven track record of success, ideally gained from working on retail consumer brands. Up to date with marketing trends, you know what it takes to keep our campaigns fresh, innovative and relevant. You’ll be comfortable working in an organisation that uses global and local interfaces, you’ll also have experience of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. A confident, credible communicator you will inspire with your can-do attitude, good judgment and agility in decision making.
