Dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries across telephone, email and social media platforms, our Consumer Advisors deal with varied queries from placing and tracking orders, store assistance and complaint resolution. You will be tasked with successfully responding to all our customers’ queries, recognising recurring trends and working with your team to improve processes and drive customer excellence.
We are looking for people with a strong customer service background, ideally within a call centre but your passion for people and work ethic will be as important as your experience. Having the ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure and use numerous software packages across multiple platforms is a must. In return, you will receive excellent training whilst being coached and mentored to develop your career within Clarks. You will be happy working as part of a busy and sociable team where you can make a real difference, enhancing the online and high street shopping experience of the millions of customers who visit Clarks every week.
