You will be at the forefront of delivering exciting digital campaigns for our consumers - globally. The Digital Brand Marketing Manager is a key role in delivering our global digital marketing strategy. From leading the pack with the latest innovations in social media to delivering spectacular digital content that delights and inspires our customers - you’ll be working at the very cutting edge of delivering excellence in online content and experience.

The role

There are two core strands to your week: firstly delivering inspiring digital content and working with Regions on great activation plans.

For content: You’ll be working in partnership with the Channel marketing teams, digital marketing teams from around the world and our in house studio.  Creating content marketing plans for delivery across channels and enabling regional digital teams to activate. You’ll be using your in depth knowledge of digital brand building through content marketing and social media, in addition to experience of best practice SEO & UX to ensure that all content initiatives meet best practice.  Your creative eye and branding acumen will be used to optimise the content to ensure it effectively delivers the brand messages and viewpoint.

For projects: Your finger is on the beating pulse of digital marketing, ensuring that every decision you take creates preeminent online experiences for our customers. You’ll be an experienced project manager in delivering digital marketing campaigns from inception through to delivery. You will be managing internal resources and external digital marketing agencies. You’ll ensure that milestones are reached, goals achieved and ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and in full.   

A bit about you

A savvy and motivated digital marketer, you’re passionate about digital marketing and all things online. You are a full spectrum digital marketer with digital brand building experience through, content marketing, social media, eCRM, and paid media.  You’ll be managing the budgets for your campaigns and accurately tracking and reporting spend.

You’ll have an understanding and appreciation of web technologies and experience of working with content management systems would be an advantage.

Working within the group marketing team you’ll have key relationships around the world with colleagues. So you will be working in partnership in projects with multiple stakeholders and a variety of levels in the business. You will be identifying and meeting the needs of your regional colleagues.
