The role

We are building a powerful in-house creative team at the heart of the Clarks business – that’s why we need the right people to help drive our brand and our ideas forward.  As Marketing Assistant in our wholesale team, you’ll play an important role as you support the Wholesale Marketing Manager with the delivery of our global brand framework. It’s a big task – you’ll be involved with our overall consumer experience, segmentation and wholesale marketing communication plans.  You’ll work collaboratively across the business; regional marketing will rely on you to help create powerful brand presentations and staff communications full of incredible content, designed to showcase the brilliance of Clarks and inspire our wholesale customer.  With the Wholesale Marketing Manager, you’ll interact regularly with all regions so that we can build a solid understanding of specific wholesale brand requirements and how effective our assets are with the campaign and seasonal KPI data you collect.


A bit about you

You’re likely to be a recent graduate, and you’ll have sound understanding of the principles around retail marketing and marketing communications.  We’ll need you to have an interest in footwear or fashion/accessories markets – our industry is fast paced so we need to be ahead of the curve.  We want people who are confident and strong communicators with a talent for presentation, and who have an analytical mind-set and can manipulate spreadsheets and analyse the effectiveness of our key assets and plans. You’ll know what it takes to adapt assets, utilising your collaborative skills so that we can deliver a consistent global experience for all Clarks’ consumers.
