As Brand Associate for our Adults Hub, you’ll help create seasonal strategy and corresponding integrated marketing communications. Taking part in lively discussion and debate, you’ll shape key seasonal product concepts and contribute to related consumer propositions. You’ll get to work with our Creative Hub and Brand Manager to come up with channel-neutral campaign ideas that not only tell great stories, but showcase our fantastic products and epitomise our brand.
A bit about you
You’ll have held a project management position within an agency or with a client, and be educated to degree or diploma level. You’ll know all about implementing marketing initiatives – we’re looking for someone who can think outside the box and who knows how to develop industry leading creative assets. You will be able to utilise your knowledge of UK, US and international markets as well as retail, digital and wholesale channels. You’re resilient. You’re commercially aware – you’ll apply logic and sound judgement into your decisions when solving problems. Personable and an easy communicator, you’re able to work with multiple stakeholders across the business and feel at ease when in client-facing scenarios.
You’ll be used to managing creative processes, as ours create powerful campaigns that need to meet both brand and commercial objectives. From design and photography to digital and print, you’ll understand the processes that go into their production.
