We are building a powerful in-house creative team at the heart of the Clarks business – that’s why we need the right people to help drive our brand and our ideas forward. As Channel Marketing Assistant, you’ll play an important role as you support the Retail Channel Marketing Manager with the delivery of our global brand framework. It’s a big task – you’ll be involved in our customer experience, retail marketing communication plans and exploring new ways to excite and delight the customer in our retail environment. You’ll work collaboratively across the business; regional marketing will rely on you to help create powerful brand presentations and staff communications full of incredible content, designed to showcase the brilliance of Clarks and inspire our store teams. With the Channel Marketing Manager, you’ll interact regularly with all regions so that we can build a solid understanding of specific retail brand requirements across the Adults, Kids and Originals brands.
A bit about you
You’re likely to be a recent graduate, and you’ll have sound understanding of the principles around retail marketing and marketing communications. We’ll need you to have an interest in footwear or fashion/accessories markets – our industry is fast paced so we need to be ahead of the curve. You will be passionate about bringing our campaigns to life in store, the point where our customers come face to face with the brand. We want people who can think both creatively and analytically and are able to work within a matrix organisation, using your collaborative skills so that we can deliver a consistent global experience for all Clarks’ customers.
