Spotlight on a ... Process and Productivity Manager

As a Process and Productivity Manager, you’ll make sure we have the right people in the right stores on the right days, so that we meet the needs of our customers. You’ll help to make sure that all the processes and activities in a store are as simple and straightforward as possible. That way, our store teams can get on with doing what they do best: delighting our customers and delivering great sales performance.

You’ll probably have a big labour budget to manage, and you’ll take charge of weekly labour planning and in-store order management. It’s quite a responsibility. You’ll also be the retail voice on internal projects here at head office. You’ll get out and about a lot too, meeting store teams, delivering training and discovering what we more we can do help them with their jobs.
