Right to Work

Clarks are required to conduct checks to ensure that you are legally entitled to work in the country in which you are applying. If you are successful in your online application, you will be asked to provide proof of your eligibility at interview stage prior to an offer of employment.

Please note that under the EU Settlement Scheme effective from 1st July 2021, EU/EEA/Swiss candidates applying to work in the UK will no longer be able to rely solely on their Passport/National ID Card/BRP as sufficient proof of Right to Work.

Therefore from this date, Clarks will require all EU/EEA/Swiss candidates to prove their right to work using the Home Office online right to work service and provide us with a share code link detailing their Settled/Pre-Settled status, as well as their original Passport/National ID Card/BRP.
